About Enrique & Family:
Hello! I am Enrique Lopez, proud owner of Custom Kitchens by Lopez and an immigrant who arrived in the US in the early 2000’s. From the age of 16, I have worked in construction and always dreamed of owning my own business one day. My journey began when I started working for Regal Homes as a cleaner, making sure new homes were clean and ready to be presented to the new owners.
Eventually, I became a handyman for the company, doing all the repairs on the home buyer’s punch list, and worked my way up through all phases of construction to become the assistant supervisor, scheduling all the subcontractors, laborers and other handymen. My work ethic and attention to detail ultimately lead to promotion after promotion until I was responsible for phases of the construction of new homes.
Soon, my dream came true and with the blessing and much appreciation for Regal Homes training and opportunities, I decided to open my own business concentrating on the areas of construction I love most – kitchens, bathrooms, and other challenging and rewarding remodeling projects in the interior or homes.
In addition to beautiful home remodeling, I am a proud papa to two wonderful children who are also now involved in the family business. My daughter helps me write up construction plans and estimates for clients, while my son is now my right hand man as a journeyman learning all about construction just like I did so many years ago.
It is both enjoyable and rewarding to work with my kids in what now is a family business. Every project I treat as though it were my own and I will treat your home the exact same way. I look forward to meeting you and hearing about your project! Thank you!
